山东奥鑫牧业集团是集养殖、育种、科研、推广于一体的大型牧业集团。现已成为山东省养殖规模大、科技含量高的现代化大型畜牧良种繁育推广单位。常年向社会大量供应西门塔尔、夏洛莱、利木赞、改良牛、奶牛、波尔山羊、小尾寒羊、杜泊羊等优良畜牧良种。 本着“以诚为本，以信为道，以优为胜”，始终坚持对客户负责的原则。1989年成立以来 ，集团不断发展，现占地面积约300亩。建筑面积8000平方米。现有员工113人，其中畜牧师39人，研究生7人。集团下设12个科室，2个研究所。业务范围覆盖到东南亚。
